On October 14 2017, I performed a series of poems at a mental health awareness event in Worcester, UK. The event aimed to show that it's ok to talk about mental health and break down the stigma which is still attached to it. 

These poems talk about my own struggles with depression and anxiety and aimed to show that there's always help if you're struggling.
