With the backing of a legend like globetrotting Dutch DJ and producer Joris Voorn, it is only natural to expect a lot from Toronto-based producer Daniel Dubb's debut album. Luckily, Daniel delivers on those expectations, as Pieces of the Past is a thoughtful, forward-thinking take on modern dance music and has been touted as some of his most mature music to date. In advance of the release, lead single "Pound For Pound" got some early support and praise from a long list of world-renowned DJs including Nicole Moudaber, Tensnake, and James Zabiela.

Daniel Dubb is recognized as one of Canada’s most exciting underground house artists, and the album, as Daniel tells it, has been influenced by some of the most meaningful moments of his past, which is easy to feel with the emotional journey this full length album delivers.
