Wubbo Ockels a Dutch space pioneer who Daniel admires dearly, a man full of love for the Earth and us. He sent us a last message to take care of our precious Mother Earth, as he realized how fragile she is while looking at her from the STS-61-A Space Shuttle mission in 1985. There is only one and we should nurture her like family.

Heading for planet Crumar - a solo project by Daniel Englisch and an ode to Human space exploration. The album is made up in Chronological order of Human space flight starting from 1961 towards todays missions and beyond.
All sounds were created with the ultra rare (and faulty) Crumar Compac Synth, build in 1973 / '74. Drums: all one shot analog samples and a Roland TR-606 drum computer.
The music was recorded live in one week and an extra bonus track was created with Dennis Matana while he was repairing the synth during the final stages of tweaking, mixing and mastering.
A special thanks goes out to Roland Voortman (Dutch composer) who used this beautiful, but eerily haunted synth in many productions in the 70's/80's.

I'm A Dreamer | The Remixes is kicking off with a deep and timeless Dub Techno mix by the one and only Orlando Voorn.

This is followed up by a disco infused, Progressive dance floor anthem by Angelo D'onorio, which will lift you up into space.

Sun Collective delivers an ultra chill Jungle / Drum & Bass version, a dub that's right at home in the glimmering sun on any beach or reggae festival this summer.

Label boss Daniel Englisch created a more up tempo, ultra groovy Acid House mix to the original to bounce away to.

Finally closing the release is DJ Rio's mix, down tempo, Hip Hop infused greatness, perfect for your road-trip blasting from your car speakers onto the next party.

This is Amsterdam united in musical bliss! Enjoy the trip.

Daniel Englisch aka Diablo (NL) has an original and artistic approach to the variety of styles he combines in his music, live and dj sets. He started spinning in 1990 and is keeping that early 90’s vibe alive, where House Music was not bound to the cages we are in today, still radiating the warm vibes of those early beginnings. Combining styles like acid, house, electro, techno and occasionally Jungle / Drum & Bass as "Deadly D", albeit always with a recognisable sound of his own. 

Besides creating music, mixing, mastering and performing, he co-runs the Techno label Defuse Records, for the deeper shades of House and experimental music Cosmic Disco Records and lately Groom Lake Universal for his all encompassing vision on electronic music. 

He loves cooperating with his peers / friends from all over the world, mostly from his home studio in the heart of Amsterdam. 

Those - by now 30+ - years flew by, while there is still so much to discover, harmonise and create, another 30 please!
