I started this little project in April 2021 in order to learn a little about vocal harmonics.
I think this minimalistic piece turned out quite pretty and after having a bit of spare time for mixing, I've finally got it in a shape that is worth sharing with everyone.

Well well well, long time no see friends and family :D

First of all, I would like to excuse me for my (bad) english... i found out recently, that a few not-german-speaking people are listening to my music, thats why I'm writing this in my try-hard english :D

Now, you will probably think "yo... hol' on... thats not your funking music". And you absolutely damn right about that. Well... what shall I say. I guess I did this song or this whole project because I wanted to take a look at the sounds of my daw (digital-audio-workstation). Then I came across this super smooth beat and then around 7 working hours later, this thingy happened. :D

I wanna be honest here, It was kinda just a fun-experiment and probably for learning new stuff regarding my musical horizon, but it was good fun! :)

About that picture I chose for this whole project: After listening to this song for hours, I just had a person in mind standing in the rain in front of a lightsource. So I just googled a little, made a few changes to the original et voila... thats how I (kinda) imagine the scene of that song.

Anyways, I would love to hear what you think of this stuff. Allready while uploading, I recognized a few mistakes like the weird sound at the begining, some timeingissues, weird soundbuggs and many tiny things. I could fix this... but that would take a loooot of time, and since my band doesn't want me to do to much selfish stuff, I'm about to leave it at this demo. :D

I recomend to listen to headphones btw. If you have any kind of question, don't mind asking!
