I made a guided soundtrack for relaxation. I wanted to do something hypnotizing yet relaxing and chill using synth, recorded guitar strings and voiceover.

This exercise of imagining yourself as a tree I actually learned from a theatre workshop and the whole
point of it is to feel grounded and present. Now that the sun is out, I thought it would be a great exercise
and I really wanted to emphasise elements of nature like wind, birds and trees. During the process, I
enjoyed finding the right timing of the sounds that would complement the music score (from the film Little Miss Sunshine) and other sound bits.

I used the sounds of a can in my composition. Hitting the can, squeezing and pressing,
dropping it and rolling it, opening the lock and pouring out its content, drinking it, and in the
end shredding it apart, bit my bit ripping it apart.
Originally it was meant to be a guided meditation but in the end it became more of a
overview of my feelings towards my anxiety of society, in comparing humans to soda cans.
What started off as a joke, turned into a rather serious topic
