"Seasoned Greetings" (DR008) marks the inception of the DE RIO split-release vinyl series. Collaborating in this inaugural installment are resident artist Plastique01 and Ukrainian techno luminary Stanislav Tolkachev. Originating from an encounter in Florence, where the duo not only shared the stage but also exchanged personal narratives, the EP delves into their unique interpretations of the techno genre. The result is a mesmerizing collection of four tracks, characterized by hypnotic melodies, unconventional sequences, detuned synthlines, and the pulsating rhythm of raw drums. The collaboration encapsulates the essence of their artistic synergy, promising a sonic journey that captivates and transcends boundaries.

Athena, according to Greek mythology, was the goddess of wisdom and strategic warfare. Athena was the beloved daughter of Zeus. Her mother was the Titaness Metis, the first wife of Zeus. Zeus received a prophecy informing him that Metis would give birth to the child who would overthrow his father. To escape the prophecy, Zeus swallowed Metis while she was pregnant in Athena. Later, Zeus began to suffer from headaches and called on Hephaestus to help him. Hephaestus hit the head of Zeus with his hammer and Athena sprang out in full armor. She is always pictured to be armed, never as a child, always a virgin. She won the battle for the patronage of Athens over Poseidon. The Parthenon in Athens is the most famous temple dedicated to her. Protector of heroes and wisest among the Gods, Athena was considered one of the most powerful and important Olympian Gods.

“When the Humans Will Walk With the Gods” is the name of the new vinyl production for No Way Records. It's signed by Moreno Mariotti, aka Dorian Gray, Italian DJ and producer, author of several prestigious releases for labels such as Ascetic, Illegal Alien, Edit Select and The Gods Planet for to name a few. This new work, composed of three originals and a remix made by Blazej Malinowski, opens with "Landing on the Shardana Planet", a piece with a great atmosphere supported by a tenuous drum machine that is never invasive. In "Stellar Wanderer" instead the rhythm becomes protagonist weaving in a sort of escape by enveloping analogical arpeggios. In side B we find “Airy Gravity”, an inspired track that brilliantly feeds electronic pulses with incisive rhythms. The ep close with a rework of “Airy Gravity” by Blazej Malinowski, which gives to the original a more caustic and powerful connotation, leaving it permeating with the same cosmic reflections. Awesome production in perfect balance between cerebral and physical fulfillment.

It’s always a pleasure to have a visit from the family, so we welcome again Kessell at home. Not many words needed to introduce this classic producer whose name means skills, futurism and quality.

He offers four cuts of hypnotically driven techno, starting with Killing Vector. Sharp drum work, funky stabs and classy feeling.

Crypto follows with a more alien approach, random Fm sequences, shuffled grooves and asymmetrical synth lines.

Processed for use comes into tooly territories, with opaque sequences that progressively grow from the low part of the sound spectrum and a solid rythm backing, mutating and evolving wisely.

Refuse to conform sounds scifi and bleepy, irregular drum patterns, reverberated synth bleeps and lots of fx processing collide in a super intelligent mix tool.

Four tracks of pure techno aside of tendencies, for the real players out there.
