This doesn't sound any different from the SC-55 recording with a little extra reverb :(

I always got the feeling that the Descent 2 midi music was recorded rather than written -- the little 'off' timing of some drumbeats and instruments especially in the level 2 song and the credits... Of course I could never confirm it :P.
