Certainly has that melancholy feeling Descent's credits music did.  I like the "piano" playing.

Once again Mr. Wentz, you come through with something amazing! The atmosphere in this one is great. That synth that fades in and out between the piano is fantastic. Keep up the great work, I can't wait to hear more!

That Red Faction sort-of-square synth. ...I'd really love to eventually reverse engineer the sounds of all the different synths and effects you used for those songs, like the distortion used in Sonar.

A friend of mine recently let me borrow his Yamaha DX7 II FD with the Grey Matter Upgrade. I started combining its system exclusive patch dumps with Native Instruments FM8 and it built it up to this song right before my ears. The piano is an untouched DX7, everything synth based started there, got imported into FM8 and "blew up" in software variants. Probably among my favorite tracks on here. Can't wait to extend it...
