Early 90s band Alphaville rocked the Melbourne pub scene with their thought-provoking originals. Originally called 'the neversaid', the band changed their name to Red Emperor. This name lasted three days and nearly caused the band to break up. And so, after an emergency beer at The Tramway, Alphaville was born.
