This piece merges the formal structure of a classic rag with the melodic language of the Baroque era. The familiar, jaunty rhythm of ragtime is cast in a new light, used to explore a deeper, more wistful sadness not typically found in the genre. It's the soundtrack for a gray afternoon at the carnival.

So I logged on after a shit long time and saw that this was still here. Wow. So yeah. I was maybe 14 when I did this. I was playing in audacity and actually thought this sounded good. I know it's shitty and he sounds like a chipmunk but yeah...............
