Super Metroid X Metroid Prime 2 | It's Goin Down 2 | Raisi K.

This is an orchestral/electronic remix of two songs from the Metroid series:  The Kraid's Lair theme from the original game, and Red Soil theme from Super Metroid.  It's kind of a cinematic styled piece, with strings, brass, and choir.  I hope you like it :)

The Crimson Depths (Metroid Remix)

An orchestration of the Metroid music Kraid's Lair. This one really stood out to me as an awesome track for the middle part. As with my last Metroid piece, there's also little synthy bits to it to give it a retro touch.

Here's an orchestrated version of the Title music from the Metroid Zero Mission soundtrack by Kenji Yamamoto & Minako Hamano. I haven't tried anything Metroid-related since my Super Metroid Symphony, but it was awesome to play with the music again!

An orchestrated version of the Brinstar theme from the original Metroid game. It's quite brassy and does differ in rhythm from the original, but you should hopefully recognise it.

Metroid - Brinstar Orchestra

My friend and fellow producer PrototypeRaptor called this "cinematic dubstep" when he first heard it. I agree with that genre! I wanted to combine really dark and atmospheric elements reminiscent of monster-infested lava caves on an alien world with heavy dubstep rhythms, beats, wobbles and my own personal flavor. Hope you enjoy the result.
