Not at All, this Label was born to give a direction to what we think of Rave in a more specific way, the idea is to give every single tool possible to inspire the future of techno, we don't want to lead, and we don't want to say what is wrong or what is right, This is the real definition of Rave, we want to simply show that there is a way to make music without standing to uninformed and standard patterns. The aim is purely artistic and is a statement in the Rave Culture.

We live in the time when rave is the word that is only used when people want to describe a fierce party or to describe colors. styles and some types of electronic music. Basically. the word -Rave- became sort of a metaphor. But back in the days. it was the name for the revolution. no less than that. Warehouse Memories was born to give a direction to that Revolution. this is Rave 001 by Ersatz Olfolks. Milan based collective Just This are proud to present the 'Absolute Infinity EP', a joint release from Netherlands-based producers Sinfol and Octual. Featured in this package are two remixes from Gerd Janson prescribing a heavy dose of acid. Title track is a stripped back groove with a looping synth lead that wanders through ricocheting drums. For his first remix Gerd muffles the framework of the original, making room for a floating melody and warm lead, whilst the 'Acid Only' version takes the components of the original and throws them into a bath full of acid. Closing off the EP is 'Wire', a moody dancefloor cut for the after-hours.

On our sixth release we are thrilled to add a new name to our roster. Cameo Blush is the project of John Dunk from London. Some might already know him as a member of Ross From Friends live.

Listening to The „Murky Waters“ EP, it is hard to believe this actually is Cameo Blush's debut release. Every track is oozing  with emotional depth, invention and a purposeful confidence. 

„Murky Waters“, all glistening arpeggios and seductive alien vocals, sounds like a hyperkinetic dollie shot through a Manga style metropolis. „Hypervisibility“  then is taking clues from masters of abstract Electronica like Isolée, Lusine and Boards Of Canada, creating an audible allegory of longing  and sensuality.  „Prophet Paradise“ on the b-side soundtracks the holodeck projection of a dayglow beach under a neon sun. And finally, „Year 2000 Problem“ resumes the futuristic Manga theme evoking images of bots passing the Turing test, overflowing with joy and falling desperately in love .

Cameo Blush is currently working on a live set which he will premiere during the Touch From A Distance takeover at this years' Field Maneuvers festival . Keep your eyes and ears peeled and remember where you heard it first!

Following his debut on Phantasy earlier in 2019, Joshua James returns to the label with ‘Journeys In Love’, complimented by a propulsive remix from Joe Goddard.

Flipping the ruthless sleaze and hi-NRG of ‘Coarse’ on its head, the XOYO and Rinse FM resident presents a release that soundtracks the deeper, more vulnerable and always joyous aspects of London’s queer nightlife culture.

‘Journeys In Love’ lands with immediate effect, building steadily and confidently around a trippy sample and the hugely pleasurable push-and-pull of James’ synths. Breathing deeply and suspended in red-light, James’ new production tastefully recalls the late-hour, sensual attitude classic NYC deep house, while transmissions of a bottom-heavy bass weight anchor the track in the capital’s defiant after-hours scene. As a digital exclusive, the Super Drama remix utilises skittering percussion and cymbal rushes to drive things forward, dissolving with a playful acid coda.

Needing little introduction, Hot Chip and Two Bears co-founder Joe Goddard delivers a soaring and complementary reinterpretation of ‘Journeys In Love’, one built on halcyon, analogue sounds and further bathed in ecstasy and melancholy.

Two powerful originals, showcasing a range of different influences to label head, Stefano Ritteri’s music alongside a killer, cosmic house remix by WOLF Music’s, Medlar.

Giving a fresh take on an ‘80s sound, ‘Dope Mania’ slams with rough rhythms, snappy drum machine sequences and warped vocal samples. It wouldn’t be a Ritteri track without a generous helping of analogue synthwork - heavyweight hazy pads sending you straight back to the old school, yet interspersed within a modern, modulating Viaggio sound.

Having been a fan of Medlar’s work for many years, Ritteri enlists the WOLF Music and Delusions Of Grandeur family member to provide a driving, spaced-out house cut full of frenetic arps, crunchy 808 hits, sci-fi samples and an insatiable bassline that’s bound to cause a stir.

Closing it out, ‘Ready For Tonight’ weaves African samples and joyous refrains to form a punchy, bubblegum-esque number. And with all these tracks getting heavy rotations from the likes of Axel Boman, Midland , Kincaid, Soul Clap and many more, it’s destined to become a certified weapon for any discerning DJ.

Revered producer and composer Daniel Avery returns with a new album and live show, his most ambitious works to date. Channelling every corner of his sound, Tremor is a bold and transportive body of work through euphoric shoegaze, submerged techno, ambient soundscape and industrial bliss. It remains unmistakably Avery, yet dramatically evolved.


With the album Avery has welcomed an inspiring cast of collaborators, including the likes of Alison Mosshart (The Kills), Walter Schreifels (Quicksand / Rival Schools), bdrmm, Julie Dawson (NewDad), yeule, Ellie, Art School Girlfriend, yunè pinku, and Cecile Believe. Each artist leaves their indelible mark, yet the record’s true power lies in the communal spirit at its core.

“This is a living and breathing collective,” says Avery. “Since the earliest recordings, Tremor felt like a studio in the sky, a space in time through which we could all pass as artists”, he reflects. “It’s the welcoming spirit of acid house with the doors flung open wider still to allow in every influence from my musical journey: the warmth of distortion, the stillness inside intensity, the transcendental beauty of noise... They have always been there in my music but now it feels like those ideas are being transmitted in Technicolor. This is a record for the post-rave comedown kids, the guitar heads and anyone else who wants to come along for the ride. Everyone is welcome.”

Tremor will be released by Avery’s new home of Domino on 31st October.
