After 15 years in Gothenburg the next largest city in Sweden, Daniel moved back to the roots in Ockelbo on the countryside. He writes pianobased music but also retrofuturistical electronica music in the Lazertown duo. He works 50% as a churchmusician and writes music on the other 50%.  
Influences are from neoclassical pianomusic: Hania Rani, Olafur Arnalds,  and more unknown piano artists. Daniel music is also much inspired by Keith Jarrett, Bach and swedish psalms among others....
