"Music is like my diary" If our appriciated earth had an orbit and inclination, who would prolong our day, René Bourgeois would be one of the first, who would use this additional time usefull. The Dresden born musicaesthete is bustling like no one else. Already as very young teenager he was harkening to the secrets of 16Bit, Art of Noise, Off or Yello. His relocation to Chaos-City, like a lot people like to call the capital, was decisive for his coming musical development. Supported by his sister, he was collecting his music favourites on cassettes and vinyls. At this time these has been luxury goods in grey East-Berlin. So he was meticolus collecting music, which stimuladet his synapsis and was listening to the sophisticated tones of the radiostations. With his schoolmate Daniel Steinberg,he founded a school radio, to use his collected treasures Who is wondering about that Daniel Steinberg aka Harry Axt – had aswell a glorious DJ-Carrier.

With the reunification of Germany René started going to the new Berlin Clubs . A short time later when they started to evoke the culture shock of techno, he was finding him self behind the turntables. At this time he was starting to know a lot of friends, who are accopanying him till today. Sascha Braemer-Hirtenfelner, the creative head and lableowner, is one of them. With him as partner, he started first projects and musicproduction were following soon. Till this time he was following his was passionated with the view to be able to life from his music In the year 2003 he was opening a new chapter in his life: cinematography and videoproduction. Also he was able to gain respect quite fast with the things he did. In the end of 2008 he had with "4myRecordz" (supdub) his biggest success till than as producer this was putting him on an international level. Today there are 20 years of passion for electronic music and a diary with an uncountable number of chapters. We will see forward what he has to write in future.

Martin Books veröffentlichte, nach der Anfrage von Hito (ENTER.) den Track "moi baby" 2014 auf der Ibiza ENTER. Compilation auf dem Label Minus.
Mit der Zeit entstanden aus der Sympathie zwischen Martin und Hito eine tolle Freundschaft. Beide entschlossen sich schnell mit guten Ideen und der Sängerin (Emilia Tarland) einen Song aufzunehmen.
Endstanden ist eine bombige Clubnummer mit dem Namen Slow Motion.
Um die EP noch internationaler zu gestalten, ließen sie sich den Track von Größen der Szene wie Simina Grigoriu & Ron Flatter remixen.

After Martin Books was requested by Hito to release his track „moi baby“ on the ENTER. Compilation for the label minus in 2014 they kept going on to work together. From being sympathic eachother arised a great friendship.
As a result they come up with a bombtrack called „Slow Motion“. In addition Simina Grigoriu & Ron Flatter deliver their interpretations of „Slow Motion“. The EP is completed by „CQ“ of Martin Books.

Born and raised in Berlin, Daniel Boon is like his namesake, the American pioneer, never afraid of new pathways and ideas. And thus he moved from West Berlin to East Berlin's vibrant and trendy district Friedrichshain after the fall of the Wall. Here he was socialized with electronic music and soon began taking his first steps as a DJ in the Matrix Club in 1997. Shortly after, he started his own event series, “Electrosex”, which was accountable for numerous orgiastic party nights in various Berlin party locations. In his next endeavor, he joined forces with Oliver Tatsch: the first “Ostfunk Berlin” party was celebrated in the club Maria am Ostbahnhof in 2003. This bombshell of a party was soon followed by a new event series, “IncognitoBerlin”, held in the legendary old Tresor until the club's closing in 2005. That very year Boon and Tatsch launched Ostfunk Records, which has become one of Berlin's leading techno labels to date.
When Daniel Boon is not spinning the decks or organizing parties, he is producing new tracks. He has been releasing his own music since 2008, his first record being “Woop!” (OSTF007), which was remixed by Lützkirchen (“Drei Tage Wache”) and was received enthusiastically by critics and fans alike. In 2010, he teamed up with Stereo Jack to become JackDaniel – a high-volume techno project that saw its first release “DancingClappingScreamingShouting” (OSTF026) on Ostfunk Records in 2011.
