This track has been carefully designed and used successfully by myself during and after the countless hours of its creation. Using the root frequency of Delta And Theta while interleaving and panning alternating frequencies to activate both hemisphere's of the brain. This moving sound wave starts quiet, calming and predictable to help sooth the consciousness while also keeping it activated.  This carefully crafted piece of sound helps lull you to sleep while gently awakening your consciousness. Giving its practiced user the ability to both astral project and lucid dream whichever venture is preferred. The track allows ample time to relax and let go before increased frequencies begin to help encourage a triggered conscious awakening once REM sleep begins.
