The Berlin-based DJ/producer duo Vermeer merges experimental sound design and cinematic- music like atmosphere on fast techno grooves. Especially influenced by futuristic scores à la Sci- Fi-Noir their detail-oriented sets definitely result in sounds one
rarely experiences on dancefloors.

Their unconventional approach however does not make the DJ sets any less danceable as they put special emphasis on only selecting driving peak-time techno and mixing it with a large yet-
to-be-released selection of their own.

For years they have been involved in the Berlin underground party collective "Selected Berlin" that also turned into a label last year and already hosts releases from some of the scenes most promising names such as Chlär, SWART, DIMI or The Chronics. Hosting and playing at parties among many prominent acts for years, Vermeer is deeply ingrained in Berlins underground techno-scene.

After years of shaping their very own signature sound, Vermeer now has a tight schedule of releases that are about to be dropped in 2022. Their first EP "Tokyo In" already got support by well-established names such as Slam and Patrick Mason.

Hailing from Lausanne, Alex Nantaya’s ascension in the Swiss techno scene is impressive. From her first club-gig in 2021 to a festival tour in Switzerland last summer, she developed real technical skills and got some of the finest track selection around. 

She made up a one hour podcast of hypnotic rhythm and raw techno grooves.

Kiekvienas turime savo varomąją jėgą. Ir nėra nieko stipriau jei ji kyla iš aplinkos, dėl aplinkos, ir aplinkai. Žūtis slypi asmeninių principų ir savanaudiškų troškimų labirinte. Atlikėjo JPSC kūrybinis kelias prasidėjo jau ankstyvoje vaikystėje. Pirštais lakstydamas pianino klavišais ir širdies ritmą išmušdamas būgnais muzikos mokykloje, savo smalsumą numalšino žaidime „DJ Hero“. Su naujais įgūdžiais, eksperimentavimo pagalba ir įgautu pasitikėjimu JPSC išaugino pumpurą, sprogusį viename pirmųjų jo grojimų, kuriame suprato, kokia galia slypi, kai duodi žmonėms dalį savęs ir matai kaip ima, kaip jiems jos reikėjo. Katarsio magija ir savotiškas ekstazės jausmas.
 Nauji pumpurai vis skleidėsi kartu su įvairiais žanrais: dubstep, edm, tech house, indie dance, techno, hard techno. Kaip pats atlikėjas pabrėžia, kūrybos metamorfozė įvyko persikrausčius į Vilnių – buvo peržengta asmeninių stereotipų riba. Vieniši apsilankymai įvairiuose klubuose, atlikėjo Klangkluester muzika bei vinilinių plokštelių romus traškesys sudėjo taškus ir suformavo bazinį/vertybinį jo asmenybės branduolį.
Šiuo metu JPSC taip pat specializuojasi kino industrijoje kaip garso įrašymo ir „boom“ operatorius. Patirtys šioje sferoje padeda suvokti garsus kaip nepriklausomus, individualius vienetus mūsų aplinkoje, juos išgryninti, sukurti sąlygas padėsiančias jiems atsiskleisti. Čia įgautas aiškumas ir kruopštumas skatina atlikėją kelti sau naujus iššūkius ir sukurti dar negirdėtas kombinacijas vakarais prisėdus prie DJ pulto. JPSC grojamą muziką galima būtų apipavidalinti kaip Groovy-AssShakable-SemiHard-Techno.
Šiandien JPSC savo pasauliu nori pasidalinti ir su Jumis. Jo kūrybinis impulsas dažniausiai kyla iš atsakomosios klausytojų reakcijos, taigi, kiek savęs mes norime išgirsti tolimesnėje jo kūryboje?
