Please enjoy my set from Aspen Gay Ski Week, January 18, 2025, from the lobby of the Limelight Hotel. This is - undoubtedly - a pop girlie set, not one of my traditional house music sets. But for all the pop girlie connoisseurs out there, it bops along summin' fun! Also, I haven't been able to get the new Avicii documentary, "Avicii - I'm Tim," out of my head since watching it last month. So, this set opens and closes with a little tribute to him. If you haven't been, it is an amazing event - the mountains, the sun, and of course the flaggers, which were so appreciative and supportive!!

Of note in Part 2 is an almost-mashup I made of the My Marianne version of "Husavik", and the [Avicii/Leona Lewis] track "Collide".  Previously I've given My Marianne and Leona Lewis a brief duet, with happy results (they are both Cahill remixes in the same key).

But just for Flagging In The Desert, I decided to make something special - I've given them four duets - two foreshadowing the upcoming "Collide", one for the transition, and one last, lingering echo of "My Hometown..." at the end of "Collide".  Now I just need to get them to do it live! :-)

I live in San Francisco, and I love my city immensely - the land, the buildings, the people, the music, and the art!  I also dye silk dance flags, and have been known to flag dance now and again.
