Tim Weeks might be a new name to some but it is definitely a name that you will be hearing a lot more in the near future. No stranger to the scene, Tim landed a residency at the UK's largest club whilst only a teenager and learnt his trade playing with some of the biggest names in the business on a weekly basis.
His big break came when his debut E.P was released on Toolroom Records back in 2008, which he then followed with a number 1 in the Beatport chart and gigs at some of the premier clubs in Europe.
In more recent years Tim has remixed for artists such as Freaks and Hot Creations' man of the moment Denney, however we believe his new material is his finest work to date.

Tim returns with a bang in 2015 with a hot new release on Mobilee's sister label, Leena Music.

The "Back To Belmont E.P" features two floor-filling tech house tracks that have summer written all over them! A contemporary fusion of raw, classic sounds and slick production techniques, these standout tracks will surely find their way into DJ sets worldwide.

Clearly showing how he has grown as a producer since his freshman release with persistence, determination and hard work, the message is clear: Tim Weeks is only just getting started.

Theta Eridani (θ Eri, θ Eridani) is a star in the constellation Eridanus. It has the traditional name Acamar from the Arabik Ākhir an-nahr which means "the end of the river“.
Acamar is a double star with some evidence suggesting it is part of a multiple star system
Acamar's distance from Earth as measured by the Hipparcos astrometry satellite is approximately 120 light-years.
Ptolemy described Acamar as a first-magnitude star, which some have taken to be in fact Achernar, which today appears just above the horizon in Alexandria where Ptolemy lived.
Achernar, however, was not visible to Ptolemy (it is from Alexandria today due to procession); its declination in 100CE was -67, making it invisible even at Aswan. Ptolemy's Eridanus thus without doubt ended at Acamar, which rose about 10 degrees above the horizon from Alexandria. This fact besides positively identifying Acamar as the original "end of the river", also strengthens the case for Acamar having been first magnitude in ancient times.

Sometimes I'm asked to describe my sound in a few words. Trying to describe my sound is a task I don't enjoy doing and actually something, as a DJ, I hope I'm never able to do. If I *can* describe my sound, I take that as a sign that I've constrained myself or gotten too comfortable with what I'm doing. The moment I realize I'm artistically comfortable is the moment I start to get artistically uncomfortable. As of late, I've been starting to get a little too comfortable, so this mix is a response to that.

This mix doesn't come completely out of left field - for the most part, I hold on to a sound I'm known for: melodic, deep. But I take a step out of the comfort zone for a chunk of the mix and explore "underwater," touching on the stripped, trippy, percussive side of house music. I even stepped out of my technical comfort zone for some time layering 3, and at one point, 4 tracks at the same time.

As a whole, this mix transports itself in 3 likenesses: chugging on land, swimming underwater, and flying in the sky. A swan is one of the few animals that can do the same, so I present you, A Swan's Song. Hope you enjoy.

The Schallbox crew have been solid fans of Ferdinand Dreyssigs music for many years, so it is a great honour and pleasure that Ferdinand will contribute two tracks for the upcoming Schallbox release.
