Little tribute to one of my favourite mixes from back in the day that still gets rinsed regularly due to dangerously high levels of Voyager content.
It's pretty faithful to the original Fabio and Cleveland Watkiss mix but with a couple of additions for good measure.
Hopefully get round to a full mix of the Compilation tunes in the not too distant future to complement this one.

PHD had a cache of wicked tunes (some still sadly unreleased) that never quite had the same exposure as the rest of the GLR camp but stood tall in their own right. Some exceptional music makers feature on this mix as well as appearing across the Ascendant Grooves release catalogue. One of those mixes that has never dated and still gets regularly aired. Madcap 'Class Of 93' Vol.1

This mix presents a more chilled side of Dillinja. These are mostly tunes from '94 to '96, when he was a studio hermit putting in his 10,000 hours and finding his sound. The tough beats and chest crushing bass are present, but these earlier tracks have a breathy ambience that nicely balance the heaviness. IMO 30 years on they still smoke 99% of today's jungle revival tracks. Track list is below. Enjoy!
