Maybe this sounds lame or hard to explain. Sometimes on long flights I just think about things in my life over and over, I want to write them down but there's not always the right words that can tell the story of what's going on in my head, so I use music instead. More often than not I keep these pieces to myself because they aren't really 'coherent' & 'releasable' songs. The last time I released anything close was my 'Hotel Rooms' album.

Anyway I thought I'd share this one that I wrote today on the flight from Hong Kong to LA. I guess it's just a story, but one I have to say with music.

Reworking an ultimate trance classic, originally produced by Rollo from Faithless under the alias O.T. Quartet in 1994, 'Hold That Sucker Down' is given a new lease of life. Lange continues on his current progressive trance wave, adding a chunky club bass and high note riffs, whilst developing the timeless lead strings in this epic melody.

The track reaped huge reactions from 15,000 clubbers at Lange's 2012 NYE set in San Francisco and is set to be another hit from the trance master.
