Hola amigos, bienvenidos al EP032 de "El Viaje" Podcast de musica electrónica. En el arranque comparto con uds un set de progressive house. El mix guest esta a cargo de Fede Fröstl, Dj argentino, actualmente residiendo en Viena (Austria), ha actuado en algunas de las mejores salas de esa ciudad, como Kramladen, Prater Dome, Zoku, Krypt, Puff, Ponyhof, Porto Pollo, The Hive y Replugged, entre muchas otras. También ha actuado en varios países de Europa, incluyendo Holanda (Kashmir Lounge para ADE), Hungría (Akwarium Club), Croacia (Flows Festival), Compartió cabina con grandes artistas como: Kebin Van Reeken (Ned), Nicolas Van Orton (Arg), Tom Pavicich (Arg), Federico Monachesi (Arg), Noe Bortolussi (Ned), Monofade (Hu) y otros grandes DJ de la escena local.

Fede Fröstl / Bio: nacido en Córdoba, Argentina. Su incursión en el mundo de la música comenzó a una edad muy temprana, donde su pasión por la música y las melodías le llevó a explorar un reino de ideas creativas. A los 15 años comenzó a dar sus primeros pasos en la música, explorando el sonido de diferentes instrumentos y ritmos. En 1998 empezó a mezclar y con el tiempo decidió seguir ese camino. Fede reside actualmente en Viena (Austria) y ha actuado en algunas de las mejores salas de esa ciudad, como Kramladen, Prater Dome, Zoku, Krypt, Puff, Ponyhof, Porto Pollo, The Hive y Replugged, entre muchas otras. También ha actuado en varios países de Europa y Sudamérica, incluyendo Holanda (Kashmir Lounge para ADE), Hungría (Akwarium Club), Croacia (Flows Festival), Argentina (Isla BA Buenos Aires, 414 Club en Córdoba y Topado Club VIP en Jujuy) sólo por nombrar algunos. Actualmente es DJ residente de Saturo Sounds con un show mensual llamado Pure Progressive, donde no solo toca sus sets en vivo sino que también mezcla nuevos tracks de top djs de todo el mundo. Conocido por sus mezclas de Progressive House, ha actuado en numerosas fiestas y eventos, cautivando al público con sus mezclas perfectas y ritmos contagiosos.
El viaje musical de Fede Frostl refleja una fusión de influencias culturales, creando una experiencia sónica que trasciende fronteras. Trabajó y colaboró con DJ's y colectivos como: Dj Ruby (MT), Hobin Rude (SRB), Sinergia/Flows (Sl), entre muchos otros.

If I had already found the right words, I would have written down what an incredible experience we had at the BALANCE CROATIA 2025 festival. For now, let me just say this: we were in the earthly paradise of progressive house.

It was a true honor for me – and one of the highlights of my DJ career – to play for such a wonderful international crowd. The captivating atmosphere of the Beach Stage and the energy of the people brought this set out of me.

Matan Caspi - Certain Way (Paul Thomas Remix) - Outta Limits

Amsterdam based Daniel Testas has been working as a composer, producer  and DJ for quite some time. 

His first little steps into the world of music creation were made at the beginning of the nineties. Inspired by progressive, pioneering people like Brian Eno, Juan Atkins, Pump Panel, Afrika Bombaataa and Kraftwerk, he felt the urge to take the path of music himself. 

After lots of experimentation in home studio’s, Daniel teamed up with his brother to form the Brothers Testas, creating and releasing house music on illustrious UK labels like Sperm Records and Jam Records, and playing big clubs and raves in Amsterdam.

Next up was Project2000 this exotic (live) drum&bass band had huge success at the beginning of the new millennium (releases on Universal Records). 

After that came many lounge and chill albums with Praful and Adani&Wolf (Therapy Records) andmore recently the Balearic house scene was entered with the group Bo Geste (releases on Prison entertainment and Jalapeno Records). 

But... blood runs thicker than water, so in 2015 Daniel went back to his production roots and his old, but first love: house music. That resulted in a big stream of releases on various good quality labels.

Besides these activities Daniel has always also composed a lot of electro-acoustic music. That could be either autonomous or for film, dance and video projects. In these projects almost everything that inspires Daniel in composition and production come together in an imaginative symbiosis: sampling and synthesis, abstraction, accessibility, musique concrete, soundscape-design, sound and melody counterpoint, spectral and spatial processing, beat-creation, etc
