written and first published in 2012 when the so called ´Euro-Crisis´ went out of control and the propaganda against Hellenic culture peaked...

'who are the durch, who are fins, to critisize us, we always had to defend and fight for not only out freedom but the freedom of europe !' said former resistance Fighter of WW2 and at that time active Greek president Karolis Populias (+) , when Greece was tackled and Attacked by nations, that had backed down to Fascism cowardly in WWII, because of it's Budget struggles in 2012.

400.000 buildings were destroyed by german occupiers and 450.000 Greeks died during the Battle for Athens in the Greek capital alone.

the former occupiers, who did nothing for Western europes defence Budget during the cold war, have not yet paid war reperations.

The Official Hellenic Army trashed the fascist enemy for 219 consecutive days, after Mussolini-lead Italy had declared war on the Greek Kingdom,  that had - thanks to General Ioannis Metaxa - build the Metaxa-Line since the fascists Rose to Power in Italy.  after beating up the far bigger fascist armied of Rumania, Italy and Bulgaria, while liberating occupied Albania , the Greek Royal Army surrendered to the unprovoked Attack by the german terror regime after they had effectively run out of ammunition after 219 victorious days of resistance. The Army was evacuated to Egypt from where most men and women rerurned to the Motherland to fight the enemy in the uniforms of ELAS or EDES.
