Resueño is happy to announce the release of Lemon And Soul's newest EP 'Drowning in the Sea of Love' - a musical journey of death and rebirth. 

"Drowning in the Sea of Love tells a story about love, death and resurrection.
It is a musical journey which reflects my own process of being separated from two of my closest and loved souls in my life as they left their physical bodies and now inhabit a comfort space in my heart. I’ve learned that this thing called death, regardless of its irony, can hand you the keys to eternity. By practicing the colorful and mysterious ways of music and embracing destiny, eternal light will shine on the souls that are no longer with us. It is possible to keep them closer than ever before (as heard in the last chapter of Mozart’s Requiem - LUX AETERNA).

Hopefully, this record will help you find light and comfort in times of separation, and these melodies will remind you that love is eternal, that love is a cure, and spending time with your loved ones is indeed more precious than gold.

I had the privilege to record and perform this record with many talented musicians which I’m lucky to call my friends:
Or Mahapatra, the heart of this record, accompanies us throughout this journey with her soulful vocals and her colorful musical presence;
@dannykuttner (Okaya) brings the breeze into the music with her enchanting vocals and humbleness;
Ronen Roth, the wizard of sound, taking this album from the bottom of the sea to a colorful, breezy, and cinematic journey;
Gzhurkina Art turning music into colors. With her painting, she unveils more layers to the music, which I never knew existed.
Unfortunately, there’s not enough words to praise each one, but be assured that there is a beautiful story behind each note that’s been recorded here.

This album has been composed, arranged, and produced as ONE consecutive journey from start to finish, crossing genres and various melodies to manifest what is now the ‘Drowning in the Sea of Love’ story.
I’d recommend sparing 20 mins to engage and listen to the whole record as one whole composition."

Drowning in the Sea of Love tells a story about love, death and resurrection. The “Hang in Balance Remixes” release stems from the original creation, “Lisn”, by London’s eclectic composer, Daniel Waples and friends, aka “Hang in Balance”. This release extends into full illumination by showcasing mind-boggling electronic remixes freshly created by seven innovative bass, experimental, and downtempo producers dispersed from the West Coast and Mid Coast of the U.S. nation: DubCOliNG, Animatronix, Conscious Kalling, GRiDWORK, Jnana, Subaqueous, Halo Refuser, and NAs-ja. 

Each auditory treasure withholds within itself its own story, emotion, and direction, all having aligning intentions that Daniel Waples too reveals - a universal peace connection through one’s own core entity. These sonic experimentations reveal cutting-edge sound design, magnetising bass lines, innovative composition, lustrous beats, textured rhythms, and immeasurable depth in a downtempo setting. These pulsating sound triggers will flow seamlessly through your being and reveal a fresh new atmosphere of feeling. 

Hang in Balance’s (Daniel Waples) original “Lisn” creation offers us nine limitless collaborations of ten awe-inspiring musicians/instrumentalists rising from continents across the world. A highly spiritual and mystical journey is found within this creation which reveals a gateway into a passionate expression of celtic dynamic rhythms, stretching from sonic inspirations through the lands of Peru, into a canvas of esoteric Kabalistic melodies, fused into other instinctive world African beats. This universal connectedness of chillout tribal beats fused with today’s most electrifying underground electronic bass production is a hang drum of flowing experimentation of creative amalgamations.
