This song is inspired by the book and teachings of the great spiritual teacher, Matt Kahn. This practice of loving what arises has changed my life, making my most common inner phrase "I love you." It's helped me deal with situations much more easily, improving my relationships and self-love. 

Loving what arises is definitely a spiritual superpower and I dedicate this song to the practice, hoping to share it with many and have it be an ally in bringing more peace into your life. 

Loving what arises means saying I love you to whatever you're thinking, feeling, or experiencing. And if you can't love what's arising, then love the one who can't (the deeper you experience it all). 

This song acknowledges the challenges we face. The times it feels like there's no way out. Feeling like we're not far enough even though we've come so far. This practice reminds us that no matter what we feel, think, say, or do, we deserve more love, not less.
