this is another rough mix from a song i wrote and recorded in my apartment in 2019.  the drums i programed with an old Alesis SR-16 i've had since the 90's....never had anything turn out this well with it...check out the fills! the song came out of just some improvised bass lines i recorded on protools.

Slave And Master

this is the 3 - piece we started in high school with Ben Larsen and SE Sharma which was called Inertia. we had a quirky punk set and an "acoustic" set with up-right bass and clean electric guitar. this was from the acoustic set and recorded after high school around '95 on a multi-track cassette recorder.  same line up as No World and both bands had Sanjay singing half the songs and me dan singing half like this one.

This is one of the better songs i have written but the recording of it from my first solo release "Wishbone" in 2009 was not great.  I liked the samples and the live sax on the original recording so i just re did the bass, drums and acoustic guitar, and re-mixed it.
