Of course, it's beautiful everywhere there, but in that moment I felt a rare kind of happiness — when the inner and the outer perfectly align. Although I usually prefer warm, sunny house music, sometimes I want something more serious and nocturnal.
The idea for “I Can Feel” came to me after our forest rave — Lanabukt Fest — which we host every year on the last day of summer, 30 kilometers from Kirkenes.
I was driving along the night road beside the fjord and the lakes, and a single phrase kept repeating in my mind: “I can feel this night.”
That’s how this track was born.
