A replaying of my opening set for HORMONE in The Cave @ Chinese Laundry, 02-08-2024.

It can be really hard trying to recreate the magic of a live set. The difference between studio speakers and a proper club system is huge. A club system can be more forgiving in some ways, and less so in others. And the atmosphere is entirely different.

But I tried my best to relive that moment. I know the transitions will be different, as well as my use of effects. But the sequencing and bpm are the same. I even used the same version of my own track, Gleis, rather than the updated version to keep it as authentic as possible.

Going into this set, I really wanted to showcase the power of house music and covered a lot of ground in the 80 minutes. The place was jumping and I had so much amazing feedback on the night.
