Bro I can’t gain any weight and i can’t eat anything. I get this

I’m not sure why this feels a bit relatable, normally I just feel alone and left out. It feels like my friends just don’t actually care about me. I was really empty today because I was just to alone. Btw I’m mostly an extrovert so I really like talking to people, but it feels like I just can’t. Nobody really actually gets me. It’s basically horrible when i don’t want to be alone.
