DaNKz (formerly DeJaN) is a Sydney-based DJ/Producer with nearly 20 years of experience. Starting in the mid-2000s, he rocked iconic venues like Tank, Home Sydney, ivy, Dragonfly, and Favela to name a few. His sound evolved into Trance & Progressive, leading to a breakthrough in 2009 when he won a national DJ competition run by Future Entertainment and Godskitchen, earning him a mainstage slot at Sydney’s iconic Hordern Pavilion, supporting legends Cosmic Gate and John 00 Flemming, among others.

This milestone lead to residencies with Genesis supporting world-renowned artists such as Paul van Dyk, Markus Schulz, John O'Callaghan, Bryan Kearney, Rank 1, Aly & Fila, The Thrillseekers, Solarstone, MaRLo, and more. 

With a diverse portfolio—including his Distorted Reality & Tranceport compilations, extended sets, anthem mashups, and featured mixes on Afterhours.FM and Northside Radio—DaNKz now blends genres like deep, progressive, tech and house, whilst still sticking to his trance and progressive roots.
