This version is a self rearrangement in acoustic folk style tradition.
Heyr, himna smiður is the oldest nordic hymn which has survived. Wrote in 1208 by a viking Kolbeinn Tumason at his deathbed.  Song was written by Þorkell Sigurbjörnsson in the 20th century.
