Whole Lotta Love

This song for me was about going through the process of beating my addiction to drugs and toxic relationships. Like waking up from a horrible long dream and then being able to live and love again. This to me is the most personal original song on the album.

Sailing

Here's a beautiful song that Mike wrote in the time of his dads passing. I felt very much a part of the song and wanted to put it on the album...after chatting with Mike and bringing forward the idea of wanting to turn it into a rock ballad (It was just a piano and vocal recording before), we asked an EXTRAORDINARY talent and BEAUTIFUL SOUL, Cindy Alter to record a duet with me. This was quite a bittersweet song...As I sang it for my grandmother who lost her fight to cancer, and Cindy Alter, who is a cancer survivor. Thank you Mike and Cindy for giving me this opportunity...I still smile when I think of it.

Skies are Clearing - Daniela Diogo

DANIELA DIOGO'S love of music began early in her childhood in a home where music was always being played. The youngest of four children, she was constantly exposed to different music styles, ranging from classical to modern pop and rock hits. As a teenager, the rise of Karaoke bars offered Daniela the perfect opportunity to sing for a captive audience and to fine-tune her natural singing talent. The wide range of music and styles helped Daniela to develop an extraordinary range of songs, from heartfelt ballads to sensational rock diva renditions.  It is evident in her live performances that Daniela takes herself and her vocal capabilities very seriously as she pushes herself to the limit, sometimes surprising the most critical music fans out there. This can be heard through her newly-acquired mastery of rock and pop cover songs.
