Don't let me fall asleep
I can't miss the mystery
Christ and the church
The meaning of my life
Lord make my spirit strong, in a daily way
With the mystery, hidden in God
Through personal fellowship, Christ revealed to me
To build the church, and bring the New Jerusalem
Awaiting the voice of the seventh angel
Then the mystery of God is finished

Coming to Him fully unhindered 
Any thought, any sin, any needless perception
Abolish it for your infilling
Now an open vessel filled to the very brim

Now I ask Lord, how do I start
I can start by 
Praying a little

To carry out the testimony of our Lord Jesus Christ

Receiving power from the Holy Spirit

The Triune God must become our life and living and a way He can do this is through our drinking of the Lord Jesus as it says in John 7:37 and Rev. 22:17 and he is able to flow through and out of us because we are a tripartite being with a body, soul, and spirit. Many times I find myself drinking a different “water” , whatever it may be, and have to remember there is a living water that contains God’s Spirit of life and that has eternal value. All we need to do is come and drink. He's flowing, we just need to enter in to this flow by loving Him. This was originally written as a prayer but some lines from the prayer resinated with me through time and made it into a song.

Just dwell all day long with Him and that’s the Christian life for us all

Lord, be the overcoming one in us as we abide in your love!

A Person I Can Turn To

enjoyed recently in a campus ministry fellowship on the (more precious than silver or gold) BLOOD. Not one way could set us free but Jesus. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne (Psa. 89:14) It’s His blood that redeems us and brings us back into the banqueting house! 1 Pet. 1:19, 1 John 1:9, Song of Songs 2:4 

It’s not just ordinary blood
It’s the precious blood of Christ
Without spot and without blemish
The highest price God paid through it
The answer to all of my misery 
Don’t focus on the past or what’s to come
Just confess all your sins
He is faithful, He is righteous 
To forgive every one
