Danny De Can (info@decan.net) was born in Ghent (Flandres, Belgium) within an artistic family. Almost all of his family members are occupied with art, in the areas of theatre, painting, songwriting and performing arts.
He is active mainly as an orchestrator, and a media music composer for commercials, documentaries, short movies and film. Most of his contemporary works are works for solo instrument and orchestra.
Danny holds a "Master Orchestration for Film and TV" and a "Specialist Certificate Orchestration, Filmscoring & Game Audio" from Berklee College of Music, Boston.  He also has a "Diploma in Media Composition" from Music for Television Ltd, London.
