10 FREEKY GIRLZ:


Rolling out with the drum and bass summer vibes, Jayline hits the underground scene with what can only be described as the summer anthem of 2015 so far! 10 Freeky Girlz has the minerals to stand the course of 2015 and being a huge contender for top ten jump up drum and bass anthems of the year and will definitely be on all jump up DJ’s sets across the UK. Kicking off the track is its summer R&B inspired intro with soft beats, soothing backing vocals and awesome rap lyrics sampled from ‘The Hundreds’, giving the track an amazing feel of summer love and then building up to a climax for Jayline to throw down his well recognisable jump up style! Rolling two-step drum lines and the traditional Jayline distorted bass line stabs give the track a fluid feel with perfection. Throwing in to the pot, some multiple distorted synth stabs to fill the track out, empowering the track to keep you moving on the dance floor in a two-step frenzy until the doors open at 6am. The track was recently featured in Dominator & MC Azza's Mixtape 'Counter Attack' and has been a choice Intro track of DJ Brockie for some time.
On a whole, 10 Freeky Girlz is a drum and bass DJ’s dream giving him/her the utmost need to drop this at the beginning of all of their sets! Big things to come for Jayline for sure!

 

DIFFERENT TECHNIQUE:


Different technique hits hard from the offset with the traditional pre 80’s martial arts movie samples layered around a full on jaw dropping production. Jayline delivers pure awesomeness as always, with his ability to capture the pure essence of jump up drum and bass as a whole but with the natural skill to give you tracks that are so catchy that you will want to chase that DJ down who owns a copy but aired it and forget to tell you the ID of the track. You want that track, you must have that track, and different technique falls in to this category. Beautiful two-step snap kicks and clean snares foundation the track with a great popping bass line and the ever so ludicrous high pitch synth stabs that take the track to another level. Followed up with some wicked martial art sounds layered in, Jayline is packing punch after punch.
There are many Jump Up producers in the UK that deliver good music, Jayline delivers far above good and has proven again to be one of the finest producers in the underground drum and bass scene to date. On point as always Jayline!
