This version of the song was recorded at the Warbleton Institute of High Fidelity by John Hodgson in 1998. It features Dan Stewart  (electric guitar), Tim Rich (drums and keyboard), George Goring (bass and harmonies) with John also playing some acoustic, lead and providing backing vocals.

I wrote this song from the perspective of one of the many victims of war, natural disaster and disease across the globe. It could be a Syrian refugee, a survivor from an earthquake. But it could equally be a cancer sufferer or anyone that is bereaved...
