삶을 살아가는 과정에 나는 회의감,걱정,감사 등 여러 복잡한 감정의 순간들을 지나고 있었다. 여느 때와 다를것 없이 하루를 살아가던 나는 문득, 이 복잡한 삶의 순간 순간을 되돌아보는 시간을 갖게 되었다. 각 곡들은 각자의 다른 순간들을 노래한다. 하지만,이 곡들은 유기적으로 연결되어 내가 지나온 시간들을 이야기 한다.

후회가 가득한 삶을 살고 있었어요
왜 계속 불안하지? 왜 계속 부족하지?
이러한 생각이 들던 찰나, 나는 그 짧은 순간들을 다시 떠올리기 시작했어요

후회했지만 경험이 되었고
부족했지만 그곳에 가까워졌고
울었지만 더 단단해 졌어요

이번 이야기에서는 삶의 짧은 순간들을 이야기해요

지금 또한 삶의 한 순간이겠지만
그렇기에 더 애틋한 순간이겠죠
