I am Nasty is the first release by DJ Nasty Deluxe on our new label. The DJ and producer based in Macedonia delivers a very great and varied EP with his work. The Tietletrack I am Nasty comes with a powerful kick drum and fat basses. With the typical Acid sound of the TB 303 and the small but fine effect gimmicks, the track convinced us right away. In addition to the original version, there is also a tech-house remix by Arthur van Dyk, as well as a remix of the track Violet Sky by Roland Romer and Ill Boy Phil. Arthur van Dyks tech-house interpretation comes with a cool beat. The swinging bass groove and the perfectly staged vocal are definitely the two main actors here. The small synth and percussion gimmicks make the remix a well-rounded affair. The Roland Romer & Ill Boy Phil Remix of Violet Sky will send you on a real trip. The wild percussions, the crazy synths and acid lines as well as the sophisticated arrangement convinced us right away. Statement: An absolutely strong release, with three tracks that convince everyone. The single is now available in all stores and on all well known streaming services! Ehuun (ESP) - A100 Records Podcast 115 (25-01-2023)

It is January, so it is time of New Year resolutions, fresh starts, fresh energy, new goals, new ideas, and new beginnings. I am personally still working on my New Year resolution, slowly filling in all the areas I would like to improve on all aspects of my life and then I am gonna turn it into daily, weekly and monthly habits. It is not an easy exercise to be honest, but smart people say it works, so lets see. Also, I have several exciting objectives with HYPE Techno brand and You will learn about it very very soon. But now, to the music! In compare with last month and fast hypnotic raw techno, this month I made rather selection of quite melodic, but still very strong and heavy tracks. 

Expect sound of Teenage Mutants, AKKI, Dok and Martin, Alignment, Umek, The Yellowheads, Layton Giordani, Sara Simonit, HOF, Kai Tracid, A*S*Y*S, and Mau P in Reinier Zonneveld remix. Within Czech Techno showcase  we have another friend of mine, Mr. Ian Kita and his unreleased track Spooky Lights. As piece of history I have added OXIA - Domino, one of my favourite set finishing tracks I was used to play as the last one. So this is January episode.

The guest mix in the second hour is by Bastian Heerhorst aka Heerhorst who’s from Hamburg, Germany, He began making music in 1995 and toured the world for more than ten years using a different alias. In 2017 he began DJ-ing and producing techno under his own name. His music is a blend of styles from pure Techno to Melodic & Industrial. With plenty of releases on major labels including Stil vor Talent, Tronic, & Set About, he’s received active support from artists such as Wehbba, Julian Jeweil, Ramon Tapia and many others.

One of the most active players shaping contemporary Techno, Temudo has developed his own vocabulary creating a unique trademark sound. 
His interpretation of the genre is made through a clinical approach, blending the soul of the genre with a modern and unorthodox methodology.
With the rare ability to absorb and express different moods keeping the same signature sound, he manages to have the seal of a wide spectrum of labels like Klockworks, Blueprint, Soma or Warm Up - whose work speaks for itself. 
As a DJ the sharp vision remains, delivering a fast paced eclectic journey with music from different time frames mixed in an coherent and elegant way. 
He’s one of the minds behind Hayes and runs his own Mastering Studio: Tema Mastering.

In 2023 Temudo starts a journey into Live performance: his approach has been much less linear than one would expect as it is more of a spontaneous act than a structured, pre-programmed set. This results in each set being completely different, a whole lot of variety and him squeezing Ableton to the limit of sonic possibilities.

Paula Koski has carved out a niche for herself with a multifaceted sound that ranges from ambient to experimental to richly layered, hypnotic and mental techno. Finland-born but Berlin-based Paula projects her sense of aesthetics and composition into non-verbal tensional sound creations, that are always emblazoned with a clear common thread. 

The past months Paula has been shifting her focus on the more driving style of techno, with the peak time dance floors on her mind.
