CHUNQ is a 3 movement piece for percussion trio written with Halloween in mind. Each player has lots to cover in their "pod" including some electric bass, piano, synth, samples, vibes, and lots of other percussion. I wrote this music for a documentary film I scored. They a=sked for something that sounded like Gottschalk, who's music I did not know at all. I did my best to emmulate that sound

I wrote this music for a documentary I scored. The subject of this scene was a master plasterer telling stories of his trade profession. You can hear sounds associated with plastering being used in musical ways

Sculpting Face

This is music that I ended up using in a play but that came from a dream. Cliche', I know, but true. In the dream I was watching the sunset on a rooftop over a city and there was an old television up there. The final scene of some show was playing out; a plane crashing in slow motion. Then the credits started rolling and this was the music that was underneath.

Twilight Plane Crash

Here is a track from a show that my good friend Dallas Griffin and I used to put on called "D and D and the Mystery Three". It involved the two of us playing as many instruments as we could at once while a third mystery guest (there were three mystery guests per show) would perform with us. Each person in the trio was responsible for writing a piece of music for that trio's segment of the show. The we'd have filler music, party favors, complimentary kazoos, theme song sing-a-longs, etc. Once there was a puppet show with live vegetables. Ah the good old days!
