The way I decided to overcome sadness and a terrible break up was to not only sink or swim, but soar! And sure enough, not long after I met someone so much better than my ex could ever dream of being. I’m so happy I decided to be inspired and positive. Many people make sad songs about break ups, but I decided I was gonna make a song about being victorious in the break up instead, and sure enough, I succeeded.
