This EP was born from the desire to explore the world of modular and semi-modular synthesizers, trying to follow a diWerent pattern than how he usually recorded.
In fact, starting from a drum machine and two lines of sequences, he recorded each individual track several times in a single session, and then chose the best parts.
This process gave new life to his creativity and desire for sonic research: the result is tracks that try to explore a rougher, dirtier and more imprecise side of techno.

Onde Ep is a house record with soft contours and silky textures.
Behind the name that can be deceiving, DLS is a manufacturer multifaceted and always manages to infuse his melodic touch.
"Onde"'s lead is a big, deliberate bass pattern that ascends and descends in a pool of glistening pads, as percussion and claps flicker in the background and the track nails a similar trick to "M(nidi)": it's utterly luxuriant deep house that feels instantly familiar even as its freshness confounds.
In addition to the original tracks are 3 exciting works with similar facets but yet different.
2040, two Italians operating out of Berlin who make music for FM&LTD, work start with the same sort of humming background atmosphere but this time pierce it with spiralling melodies and echoing claps.
G.U.A, GOS Music Studio Rec's label boss, marks his warm introspective tune; a big emotive pull, mildly engaging, its croaking bass and flitting melodies creating a sense of stability that's largely absent from the rest of the EP.
When done well, this style of music establishes a welcoming groove and then dusts it with moments of emotional intensity. Both songs are airy and clean in design, with hints of everything from goth to prog rock smeared within their louche, mid-tempo frameworks.
To closing the opera, Anie Tera who runs Italy's FM&LTD. The label owner has shown the same sort of versatility and engaging of the two previous remixers, mainly for the way the mix sounds a little less clean and more devil-may-care than the somewhat vulnerable flip, where slick and sultry pop house beats sway to and fro under intimate and his imperceptible  male vocal.
Deep sounds rise again in the chair with FM.012, enjoy your trip.

Daniele Zonca aka Danny Lo Scippo was born in Bergamo, Northern Italy, in 1981. Start to djing in 2000 and to produce music; in 2007 won the "call4adj" contest that allowed him to open the last night of "Elita Festival" in Milan. In 2008 came out on the dutch label "*Back Home" with his track "Gamma".
After other releases in 2012 his new ep "Pads and Potatoes" (again on *Back Home) had great feedbacks.
He is also out on label like Inlab Recordings, Cinematique, Ideological, Animate Dummy Recordings and Forevergreen LTD. 
In 2010 he moves to Genoa for a new life with his girlfriend and his passion for electronic music.
As producer Danny, Robottino and Keller perform live in the trio project called "D.K.R." where D. and R. work on the sounds and K. on the lyrics. 
Is part of the project Officina Meccanica together with his friend  Robottino, an event in the city of Savona with live act of electronic artists like Fairmont, Ricardo Tobar...
together with Matteo Basso form the duo "The Absynthe" (https://soundcloud.com/theabsynthe), an electronic live act that will see the light in the coming months, also with some ep.
