The sower is inspired by a story in the Bible. In Matthew 13, Jesus tells the parable of the sower who scatters his seed of love. For some it fell on fertile ground, for others on thorns, for others on rocky ground ... Has he already been with you?

On December 21 or 22, we experience the shortest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. After that, the days slowly get longer again. This turning point is called the winter solstice. For many people, this is a reason to rejoice. The days become longer and the darkness of winter recedes.

The winter solstice could be described as a turning point, a transition from darkness to light. The joy of life slowly returns. People and nature eagerly await the warmth of spring and summer.

It is like a life with God and the anticipation and hope of a wonderful future with him by my side, who gives me strength and courage.
