Hip-Hop World Cup is the podcast that pits golden-age hip-hop albums against each other in a contest to find the ultimate champion. It’s just like the football World Cup but with added swearing, guns and gold chains.   

In each episode, we pick eight albums from a year in hip-hop’s golden age (1988-1996) to battle each other in a series of one-on-one matches, tournament style. We discuss them, debate them and vote for our winner.  

Victorious albums make their way through the rounds to the final, where we vote one last time to crown our ultimate champion!
