Argentinian DJ and producer, Jay de Lys makes his Toolroom Trax debut this September with brand new single, ‘No Sleep Club’. Born in a music immersed family, Jay de Lys has been making a name for himself in the Tech House scene following multiple tours across Europe, the USA, Africa and South America. 

With a string of successful releases under his belt on an impressive line-up of labels including Saved, Kaluki, Ultra, Moon Harbour, Sola, elrow, and support from AAA DJ’s Marco Carola, Loco Dice, Stacey Pullen, Joey Daniel and Joseph Capriati, proves he has more than enough skills to back up the hype! ‘No Sleep Club’ is a straight-up dancefloor heater, radiating Jay’s moniker sound with hip swinging claps, a playful bassline, rolling percussion and a grooving low-end taking you straight to the heart of the club.

Up-and-coming tech house talent Andruss collaborates with Umberto Pagliaroli and El Apache Ness on Mueve.
On the flip, Andruss joins forces with Fatboi, celebrating their South-American roots on Jamie Jones&#39; long-
running and internationally renowned label. Huge drums and fresh percussive sounds dominate the release.
Andruss explains the root of the EP. &quot;&#39;Mueve&#39; was born from the great support we have received from our latest tracks. It
is something that we have not or have never dared to do. The fusion of Latin vocals of the singer El Apache Ness fits
perfectly with the idea I had with Umberto Pagliaroli. Both the voices and the classic percussive finishes of salsa music
give a twist to this new production that we have great faith in reaching the top stores.&quot; The title track kicks off with chunky
drums and organic textures, with El Apache Ness&#39;s vocals upping the energy—an instant club classic. On Agáchalo,
Andruss teams up with rapper and singer Fatboi. Andruss explains the process in his own words. &quot;This track is very
special for Fatboi and me since we created it in less than 24 hours. I sent Fatboi a quick message, and he didn&#39;t hesitate
to record an improvisation of the track for me since we didn&#39;t have much time to deliver it.&quot; The result is a muscular tech
house tune with tribal drums in perfect harmony with Fatboi&#39;s husky vocals. A poignant moment for Andruss, who sums
up the track and the whole EP itself: &quot;From the feeling of releasing something in Spanish on a top British label, it makes
us feel very proud of our roots.&quot;
Born in Mérida, Mexico, Andruss is a rising star on the international house and tech house circuits. He&#39;s released on La
Pera Records, Bunny Tiger, South Of Saturn and many more celebrated labels, building a legion of fans worldwide. As a
DJ, he&#39;s shared the bill with Alok, Vintage Culture, Bekermat, Duke Dumont and several other established names. Italian-
born producer and DJ Umberto Pagliaroli has produced club-cut tech house on labels like Riviera Underground Music,
RIM, Toolroom and more, sharing his dynamic and upbeat sound with the masses. Born in Quilmes, Argentina, El
Apache Ness is a well-known vocalist, celebrated for his songs Joda En Mendoza and Somos Asi. His collaboration with
Andruss and Umberto Pagliaroli on Hot Creations marks a first for the artist.

Italian artist Simone Liberali has established himself as one of the industry's rising talents with many popular releases as well as a busy touring schedule and now showcases his production skills on Saved. First up is “Halo”, an absolute banger which has been crafted 
with indelible vocal cuts that build to great effect with a hefty bassline. 
Completing the release is “Upside Down” which commands attention with it’s melodic keys against a rising synth and lively snare rolls.

To kick off the new year Desolat welcome talented twosome Danny Serrano & Mendo for a brilliant new three tracker.

Danny Serrano & Mendo have been frequent collaborators over the last decade, and are regulars on labels like Saved and Moon Harbour. They are high grade producers with a big sound that leans on house, techno and acid to cook up powerful dance floor heat.

For their fantastic first track they link with Andre Butano for some atmospheric vocal work on ‘Ramon Ramon’. It’s a popping cut with big metal drums building tension as the Spanish spoken words add to the pressure. Drum fills and sweeping filters all lead to an explosive drop that unleashes loopy, low slung drums that will send the crowd wild.

The high impact ‘Grush’ is next with tight and kinetic drums, air raid sirens and busy drum hits working you into a lather. It keeps on building then the pressure is released with another big drop joined by oversized bass and amped up vocals. It’s a perfectly peak time, sweat inducing jam for the main room.

Closing out this strong EP is ‘Confessions,’ a busy and heavily percussive track that never settles, instead offering a flurry of snares, stabs, hits and whirring machine sounds that power on with turbo charged bass. It’s pure club dynamite.

This is exactly the sort of heavyweight package that makes Desolat one of the strongest labels out there.
