Offish is producer and DJ based in Warsaw, Poland. The expressive, broken rhythms and atmospheric ambient backgrounds are inseparable parts of his tracks. In his productions, you can observe references to dub, techno and jungle music which have always been main inspirations.
Offish is running his own label called Offish Productions, primarily specializing in music bordering between deep drum & bass, halftime and jungle.
During the last five years he also debuted on various underground labels such as Onset Audio, Conspired Within Music, Krytika Productions, Monochrome Recordings and Soul Ex Machina.

Genotype - Feb MIx 2024

2 hours of OG 1992 hardcore jungle techno - A point in time between what was to come and what had been... I remember being back at hardcore raves on the Kent coast around this time and there was anxious discussion amongst the ravers about the change in the direction of the music. From the piano highs of Far Out and the togetherness of Some Justice to talk of the great Grooverider being booed for playing techno. 92 was a progressive, diverse and very creative year. This mix mashes together some of the styles of 92 and its not exactly true to my 92 but I can't do some of happier anthems these days - Not my finest hour mix wise in places but it does have its moments :) I had a huge stack of 1992 to choose from and I haven't played a lot of it much over the years tbh so I was caught out digging thru a couple of times - Plus a couple of 91s snuck in there
