A little experimental collaboration wit Donegal Tape Lord Aengus Friel aka Shammen Delly.

From what I recall, Aengus made this track out of harmonium samples and after hearing it online I hijacked it and came up with a vocal to it.

Time passes fast by and it's cool to be able to look back. 

Here is an almost forgotten EP of my first attempt at being a songwriter and forming a band. 

We recorded three songs in an Analogue studio, the first and only time I ever got to do this. 

The dude who recorded us was used to recording and mixing traditional musicians and their instruments and I think it shows in the mixes. They are not good at all from a professional mixing pov, but there is a warmth to the songs and a naivity to us guys as musicians that can be heard. 

I found the mixdown master cd when back home in England the last time and figured, why not make this online for folk to hear. 

The final song 'Bitch' is my favourite of the three and sounds the best... Proud of this song even with all it's flaws..

Terry Reid - Brave Awakening 

I first heard this song from The Devils Rejects Soundtrack which opened my eyes to Terry Reid, an amazing musician and first choice singer for Led Zeppelin although he politely refused the offer. 

I made two mixes of this and went with the raw mix version with no reverb or adjustments to the recorded sound other than the gain..
