Despite presumably being insanely busy A&Ring for all his many labels which put out music at a high rate of release, Burnski does also still find time to make his own music. And it's top tackle too whatever he tries, from garage to ambient. To kick off with here, the Northern rock cooks up a super breezy and Balearic-tinged house tune that you can imagine playing at some vibey Ibiza sunset party. That's probably why he called it 'Summer 23' to be honest. Second track 'Afters' gets more chunky and tribal, with tight and pinging drums and that sort of wide-eyed, tongues-out energy that gets the freaks going

Danse Club resident Lauhaus returns to Austen/Scott's Danse Club imprint for his 4th EP this week and it comes strapped with a remix from DJ Honesty. The release is centred around 'Bird Up', a track you can hear in full premiere on When We Dip today :) This is an awesome cut with a proper raw vibe. It's minimal yet delicious, overflowing with power while engrossing the listener with the first kick drum. It's available on vinyl this Thursday, you don't wanna sleep on this one!

Over the last several months we have been very much studio bound, both completing our debut album (coming out in November) and developing a way in which we can perform it in live situations (without playing fully live) due to our lack of satisfaction with traditional ‘one on/one off’ DJ sets. What we came up with was a HYBRID of both DJ and Live performance.
