It’s officially 2023 and Toolroom are back in business, wasting no time kicking off the new year as Liverpudlian DJ and producer ESSEL returns to the label with ‘Lennon’.

An artist well versed in the art of hit-making; ESSEL has been a firm fixture of the Toolroom family over the past few years. Having scored successful hits with the label such as ‘Try’ and ‘Love Vibration’, a record that has shot ESSEL straight through sitting on a cool 6 million streams alone on Spotify. ‘Lennon’ itself has its focus set purely on the dance floor, cut straight from the underground and pushes a deeper focused sound that showcases ESSEL’s talents as a producer whilst maintaining her originality and uniqueness down to a tee.
