We are happy to welcome Maceo Plex to Drumcode with the fourth instalment of his Conjure series, ‘Conjure Infinity’. Featuring two tracks ‘Conjure Dreams’ and ‘Conjure Floyd’, both are peak time monsters that introduce two very different elements. ‘Conjure Dreams’ utilises a groovy, melodic bass that is reinforced using tight thumping drums to shatter any dance floor into the universe. ‘Conjure Floyd’ builds into a more ‘heads down’ techno vibe with a very interesting breakdown. Two sure fire tracks to ignite the floor.

Ron Costa’s remix contributes with a vibe aligned perfectly to the hypnotic feeling of this EP with a different take on the synth, moving it into a darker corner of the universe with a solid bassline and tribal-esque rhythms. Dakar returns to Great Stuff after his 2016 smash release “See You Work”, with an even more powerful track entitled “Rifle”. This muscular, funk drenched, peak time tech-house beast is prime for the dancefloor.

“Rifle” is a nod to the jacking sounds of Chicago with snappy drums and mesmerising male vocal fragments. Backed up by a morphing, growling bassline and a floating synthetic melody that come together in a twitching climax.

Niko Schwind’s remix is an energetic train that keeps a continuous ascent and is filled with new exciting elements! Solid snares, powerful break-downs and warm grooves all the way!

Brazil’s Ciszak turns up the heat. His remix is characterised by an intricate combination of unearthly synth layers and effects, blackened by an effective groove that makes this one perfect for the most demanding dance floors.

I am very happy to present a brand new release from Paul Ursin on Noir Music, continuing his well-respected ’Sinthesis’ series.
Paul and I must have worked for 6 months trying to A&R and perfect this 2-track release from him.
We both changed our taste in music since his last EP on the label, and fortunately for us, in the same direction. But it still took a while to complete and perfect a release we were both 100% happy with.
Sinthesis Vol. 4 is the two originals “Turbo” and “Blackout” which still carry Paul’s trademark sound, but now wrapped in Techno clothing rather than his former Tech house outfit.
Both productions are what I would clasify as classic Techno bangers with a modern production twist.
It's great to have Paul back on Noir Music and there’s more to come from this talented Sicilian.
