BOUGENE — a five-part ritual where myth is reborn through sound, timbre, and the breathing of space.

This experimental audio narrative unfolds almost entirely without words, using sonic landscapes, textures, and spatial intonation to guide the listener through a journey inspired by Virgil’s Georgics: Aristaeus’ lament to his mother, descent into the underworld, search for Proteus, confrontation with the ever-shifting god, and the ritual of bugonia — death giving way to renewal.
