This is a pretty direct rebuttal to a statement made by Kelcey Warren, CEO of Energy Transfer Partners on Nov. 16, 2016 which, as the SRST annotates on a slide during the U2ube audio, "A statement which insinuates DAPL had no knowledge of the tribes concerns. 

"I really wish for the Standing Rock Sioux that they had engaged in discussions way before they did...I don't think we would have been having this discussion if they did."

You may have heard a little, or a lot about the Dakota Access pipeline. 
The entire story cannot be explained in a short news article, and most major media outlets are presenting dangerously biased and under researched  accounts about what's happening on the ground in North Dakota, and ignoring the full legal implications of what this unique moment means. 
This podcast was created to amplify information to the people, and the media, that otherwise appears to be getting bulldozed by superficial handling of the topic and limited foresight for the importance of this issue on the ecological health of the world.
